Owner use & rental
A villa that works for you
Join the resort's rental pool or keep the villa for yourself. Income is shared by overall occupancy and managed weeks, paid yearly by bank transfer. Owners enjoy 4 free weeks a year (up to two in high season, excluding Christmas, New Year and mid-August) and maintenance of villas, gardens and pools is included.
